Description
The Belgian-style blonde ale is easy-drinking, with a low but pleasing hop bitterness. The Gariep Blond is balance between light sweetness, spice and low to medium fruity flavours. The light- to medium-bodied ale will match bold and spicy dishes, including Mexican enchiladas, Indian and Thai curries, as well as seafood, pasta dishes, and bloomy rind cheese.
