From the outset the focus was on brewing high quality premium craft beers in accordance with the most popular international brewing styles. Only the finest ingredients are used and our malt, for instance, is imported.
Our base gin is made through the distillation of potable ethanol together with a selected list of botanicals including juniper berries, coriander, angelica root, orris root, cassia, black and green cardamom, star aniseed, lemon verbena, citrus peel, lavender and rosemary. No artificial colouring agent or flavouring is used.
Fine gin distilled to represent the flavours and colours of the central South African region. Each gin has a distinctive taste and aroma characteristic of gin and has an alcohol content of 43% ABV.
